A very large, bright and airy bedroom with high ceilings, large windows and a spectacular view of our beautiful sunken garden, the Garden View room is a garden paradise. A luxurious "plantation style" 4-poster queen size bed draped in a golden floral bedspread is framed by rice carved posts and comes complete with its own set of cherrywood steps. Luxury sheets from Comphy and a luxuriously soft plush, lightly filled and quilted blanket, topped with fluffy feather pillows (extra non-feather pillows available in the room) provide an awesome sleep experience. Enjoy sports or your favorite shows on our 26" flatscreen TV (with a built-in DVD player, in case you'd rather enjoy movies!) The private red cedar-lined bathroom with a regular tub/shower combination is unique among the rooms, and every furniture item is an antique. The lovely front porch is just steps away - perfect for watching the horse-drawn carriages go by every evening! Lots of free amenities are included in your room rate!

Probably our most "manly" room, the Captain Bridgeford room is the only bedroom that was not originally a bedroom - it used to be the kitchen! With a majestic queen-size cherrywood 4-poster bed covered in a sumptuously thick satin comforter dominating the room, there are deep royal tones of burgundies, plums and greens in the wallpaper and draperies and a very subdued flower motif! Butter-soft, silky sheets from Comphy and a luxuriously soft plush, lightly filled and quilted blanket, topped with fluffy feather pillows (extra non-feather pillows available in the room) will put you sound asleep. Enjoy the 26" flat-screen TV with built-in DVD player - we have lots of movies! Your private bath (which used to be the kitchen pantry) includes an oversized antique claw-foot bathtub and shower (complete with Milk & Honey bubble bath!). A gas fireplace is surrounded by a unique Victorian-style carved wood mantel and the private entrance leads you out to your own private deck area complete with two outdoor rocking chairs. The deck overlooks our magnificent sunken garden area and gives you ample opportunity to visit with Sophie, should she be playing outside. This is also our only pet-friendly room, so please ask us about Sophie's pet policies! And, don't forget - lots of free amenities are included in your room rate!

A romantic three-room suite, the focal point of the room is the king size bed, draped with creamy lace and centered between four columns - fit for a king and queen! Luxury sheets from Comphy Sheets and a luxuriously soft plush, lightly filled and quilted blanket, topped with king size fluffy feather pillows (extra non-feather pillows available in the room) dress your bed - and then snuggle into the luxurious feather bed and under the thick duvet cover and gaze at the crackling fire in the Victorian gas fireplace - which will illuminate and warm both heart and soul. Your 26" flat-screen TV is just right for watching from bed and has a built-in DVD player. Richly appointed wallpaper, with the emphasis on the Victorian millwork and crown molding, is very pleasing to the eye of the beholder. There are many antiques throughout and an intimate dining area, for breakfast to be brought directly to your room. Your spa area includes a large whirlpool big enough for two and has a romantic chandalier, controlled by a dimmer switch--very special and perfect for the couple on their honeymoon or anniversary--and you have a separate shower as well in your private bathroom. The private entrance includes a deck area complete with two rocking cha irs and forest view. Don't forget all the free amenities that are included in this room, as well as all the other rooms!

One of our most romantic rooms with its queen-size bed draped in burgundy and gold, trimmed in decadent fringe, the Mary Bridgeford room sets the stage for making you feel like royalty. Luxury sheets from Comphy Sheets and a luxuriously soft plush, lightly filled and quilted blanket, topped with fluffy feather pillows (extra non-feather pillows are available in the room) will give you an excellent night's sleep. The 26" flat-screen TV has a built-in DVD player and lots of DVDs are available in our parlor. The large whirlpool for two in the room is situated under a lighted stain glass window for an extra touch of romance. The private entrance area includes a private deck with table and chairs and looks out over the forest in the back, where it's quiet and peaceful - except for the singing of the birds! Other areas of beautiful stained glass highlight the uniqueness of this room, as does the extra large and roomy private bathroom with shower and hand-painted floral sink sunk into an antique dresser. Antique furniture cap off this incredible getaway. Enjoy the free amenities that come with this room that you won't find in any stodgy old hotel room!

Now done in a deep blue with floral border, this room is great for ladies' getaways but now is updated enough for the men in their lives, too. The bright and cheery large bedroom has both a queen and a twin white iron bed, covered in matching toile thick duvet comforters, providing plenty of sleeping space for extra family members as well. Luxury sheets from Comphy and soft microfiber filled blankets complete the sleep experience. Enjoy the brand-new 26" flat-screen TV (with built-in DVD player) that is stored in the new cherrywood armoire. The impressive private bath has a large whirlpool bath large enough for two, a spectacular double-size shower with seat and two shower heads, and a unique hand-painted flower sink encased in an antique dresser, all showcased in its new bold blue floral wallpaper. The room comes complete with a tile-lined gas fireplace and many antique furnishings. It has the largest private deck of all the rooms, high in the treetops with a breathtaking view of the valley & Christ of the Ozarks statue on East Mountain.
