The stately McNutt House was built in 1909 in Colonial revival style by Mrs. S.R. McNutt, the widow of a wealthy Arkadelphia merchant. Rooms at the McNutt House Bed & Breakfast are elegantly decorated with Tuscan hues, lending a touch of Italy. Each room has a queen-sized bed and private bath, one with a Jacuzzi.
