Santa Fe

Accommodates up to 3 people, with queen four poster Lodge Pole bed + standard twin bed. French doors open to patio and fountain garden. Mexican tile bathroom with enclosed shower (no tub). Tile floors throughout, desk, ceiling fan, refrigerator, individual AC/Heat control. ClearView retractable solar screens. In season rates:$125 - $130 for 2 + $15 for 3rd guest in room. Single night, add $15. No tax.

Pima

Very small (10.0 x 10.5') but comfortable inside hall room accommodates one person only. Native American motif, original oak floor and arched window facing the Catalina Mountains. Antique iron bed, bath with beamed ceiling, tub/shower enclosure. Ceiling fan, central AC. In season rates: $85-$90. Single night, add $15. No tax. *Pima is available during the summer months when all other rooms are rented. Call for details.

Guest Information and Policies

• Low Season (5/16 through 9/30), High Season (10/1 through 5/15), and Special Event Periods (February Gem Show & major University of Arizona weekends).
• There is a $15 additional charge for a 3rd person in the Santa Fe room.
• For a single night stay in any room, please add $15.
• Minimum stays are required for some time periods.
• Discounts are not applicable during Low Season or Special Event Periods.
• Check-in 4 - 6 pm or by advance arrangement.
• Check-out by 11 am.
• We are unable to accommodate pets.
• Children over the age of 10 are welcome.
• The property is non-smoking inside and out.
• Parking on site.
• A deposit of one night's room rental is required for reservations of 1 - 3 days, or 50% of the total for reservations of 4 or more days.
• Your credit card information will be accepted in lieu of a cash deposit and will not be charged unless your reservation is canceled according to the following guidelines.
• Once your reservation has been confirmed by email, you will have 72 hours to reconsider without incurring a cancellation fee ($15).
• For reservations made for January 1 through December 31 the deposit is fully refundable up to two weeks prior to the first day of the reservation (minus a $15 processing fee).
• Exception is made for the yearly special event dates which require 4 weeks notice to cancel.
• If a cancellation is received later than the periods described above, the deposit will be forfeited (non-refundable) and the reserving party will be responsible for payment of all of the remaining reserved room nights unless the room is rented again.
• However, these "paid" room nights may be applied toward a future Sam Hughes visit if used no later than 1 year after the original reservation.
