It is located inside the attractive and colorful walled garden at the front of the property and offers expansive views of the mountains to the East, Sonoran Desert to the South and a front seat to Tucson's amazing night skies from the private patio's loveseat glider.

The Kokopelli Room has superb views, looking out on to the Santa Catalina and Rincon Mountain Ranges from its location inside the walled front garden. In addition to its own private patio and private entry, this lovely room also has direct access to the Great Room. The loveseat sofa bed can accommodate a child and the large bathroom features a tiled double vanity and shower.

The Coyote Suite affords guests great privacy and independence and consists of a large living room with kitchenette and dining area, separate bedroom and private bathroom with shower. The queen-size sleep sofa in the living room makes the suite an ideal choice for families or groups of three or four. A covered porch and brick patio facing the Santa Catalina Mountains feature outdoor furniture including a two-seat swing.

The Quail Room offers views of the surrounding Sonoran Desert, a seating area with comfortable, hand-crafted Equipal furniture, and a spacious bathroom featuring a beautiful Spanish-tiled double vanity and shower. This room has direct access to the Great Room as well as its own private entrance opening onto a covered porch and small, walled garden.

Children 12 years and younger occupying the same room or suite as their parents stay for free. The Coyote suite can accommodate a total of four persons and the Saguaro & Kokopelli rooms three persons.

• Room rates are for double occupancy and include a full breakfast and applicable taxes.
• Add $20 for an extra person.
• Deduct $10 for single occupancy.
• Children 12 years and under, sharing a room with their parents, stay free (Kokopelli & Saguaro each have a twin sofa bed).
• Minimum stay of 2 nights required for all Coyote Suite reservations.
• Minimum stay of 2 nights is required for all rooms, during February and March.
• Check-in is 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Please notify us should a later arrival time be required.
• Check-out is before 11:00 a.m.
• Indian Hill is a Non-Smoking establishment.
• There are no pets on the premises.
• We regret that pets cannot be accommodated.

Deposit:

• A confirmation deposit equal to one night or one third of the estimated total stay (whichever is greater) is required with your reservation.
• Deposits may be charged to your credit card to confirm your reservation.
• All balances are due in full at check-in (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks and cash).

Cancellation:

• Should it become necessary to cancel a reservation please provide written notice a minimum of 72 hours prior to check-in date to receive a refund, less a $20 administration charge.
• For cancellations with shorter notice, deposit funds will be applied to cover any night(s) of the reserved stay for which the room is not subsequently occupied.
