The Guesthouse
The guesthouse is our most spacious accommodation for up to four persons. It has one bedroom with a king bed and walk-in closet, a full bath with shower/tub, a kitchenette, and living area. The living area can easily accommodate a queen or single aerobed. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, two- burner hotplate, microwave, toaster-broiler oven, coffee machine, toaster and a full set of cooking utensils, dishware and silverware. Additional amenities include: wireless internet access, clock radio, cable television with DVD player, and radio with CD player.
Rates for 2 Persons
January - April: $165/day, $990/week, $3400/month
May - December: $140/day, $840/week, $2900/month
Rates are for two persons and do not include breakfast; should you wish to have breakfast it is available for an additional $5 per person per day. Additional persons: adults $10, children $5 per day per person. There is a 3 night minimum.
The Spud Rock Room
This room features a queen bed, an outside sitting area with its own saguaro, and a large full bath with two sinks, shower/tub and built-in heater.

The Mica Room
This is our most spacious room and features a king bed and a wood-burning beehive fireplace with sitting area. The extra large bath has two sinks, a walk-in shower/tub and a built-in heater and drying lamp.

Desert Trails B&B Policies- Check-in between 3-6 PM please call if you are going to arrive after 6 PM
- Check-out is 11 AM
- Single occupancy is $5 less per night
- Children with well-behaved parents are welcome
- Sorry, no pets
- We are a non-smoking Inn. Guests who smoke may do so outdoors.
- There is a 2 night minimum on weekends, exceptions may be made within 3 days of the requested date
- Charges for additional persons in the rooms in the main house: $20 per person. Guesthouse additional persons: adults $10, children $5, breakfast $5 per person.
- Deposits: To confirm your reservation a one night deposit per three night stay is required. We accept cash, traveler's checks, Visa, Master Card and Discover.
Cancellation Policy- With 14 or more days notice deposit is refunded less $25.00 per room cancellation fee.
- If you must cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be returned less the cancellation fee only if the accommodation is rebooked.
- A Special Cancellation Policy exists for groups or individuals reserving more than two rooms for any given date. This policy basically extends the cancellation notification period from 14 days to 30 days.
