Welcome to Arizona's Second Largest City
Tucson's geography is a postcard image of cactus forests, rolling hills, and craggy mountains. National and State Parks and Forests ring the city. Tucson lies in the borderland, a region that blends the cultures of the United States and Mexico, and has a long history of settlement by ancient Native American peoples, Spanish explorers, and Anglo frontiersmen. What Our Guests Say...
This place is great! The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The couple who owns it is very friendly and I recommend staying here on your next trip to Tucson!
I stayed at the Big Blue House for one week while working in Tucson. It was lovely. Convenient neighborhood, full kitchen, friendly owners, privacy. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished. The flat screen TV and breakfast nook added quality and charm. A great find!!! Clean, private, charming.

The Big Blue House was certainly a pleasant surprise to this business traveler. The location is very convenient to all the shops and restaurants on 4th Avenue and still only seconds from the University of Arizona. The Innkeeper (Lea) is a professional and she provided us with every need including stocking our full-size kitchen with any item we requested. The coffee and teas were wonderful. In general we were impressed by the quality of the furnishings, service provided and the location and the value cannot be beat anywhere in Tucson.
