Room one features 12' high ceilings, 100 year old original maple woodwork and vintage ceiling fan. The original maple hardwood floors and cove ceilings are special. Decorated in a soothing Asian style. Located at the front of the house with Private entrance and direct access to the porch, private bath, Kitchen. Room Two
Room two has 12' high ceilings and period ceiling fan and century old original maple floors. This room is decorated in the "Hemingway World Traveler" theme. Also located at the front of the house with Private entrance, private bath and direct access to the porch. Kitchenette.

Room Four
Room Four is "The Cottage" and is its own free standing guest house. The cottage is very private and cozy. Nice kitchen. Most often used by our Extended Stay guests.

Room Five
Room Five is our only room located on the upper floor, but still has a totally private entrance. Room Five has two separate sleeping rooms with a queen bed in the main room and a full bed in the second. Both areas have 20" LCD televisions. The room is also equipped with a very nice kitchenette and private bathroom with tub shower.

Room Six
Room Six all 1890s antique furniture. Push button light switches, skeleton keys... This beautiful 1890s bed set can be setup as a king bed as shown above, or it can be setup as two twins. When you make your reservation be sure to tell us how you want it.

Room Seven Elegant Deco - We are really excited about the rich Deco decor of this room. The room is located on the upper floor and has a Queen bed and private bath. All original deco furniture.

Rates & Policies
Fall Rates for all rooms $90 - $130* nightly.
Includes much expanded Continental Breakfast served to your room.- We require a 7-day cancellation notice or we must charge for one night stay.
- We will not charge for the room if we can re-rent it.
- All rooms are priced for two persons.
- Additional people (no matter the age) are charged $30 per night.
- An Aero-Bed is available.
- Due to the historic nature of the house, we do not encourage children under 12 years.
- All rooms are non-smoking and guest will be charged for cleaning if they choose to smoke in a room, however, each room has a nice outside porch.
- No Pets.
- Due to our relationship with the University Hospital our rooms must stay allergen free.
