Casita

Adjacent to the bougainvillea-draped pool area, this large room features Mexican saltillo tile and is decorated with Mexican Talavera pottery and colors. Santa Catalina Room

Choose either twin beds or a king-sized bed configuration in this lovely room with decorative floor tile throughout. Santa Rita Suite

This is our largest accommodation featuring a full-sized kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator and sink; separate bedroom with king-sized bed; the bath is two rooms - a sink and vanity in one room with the toilet and tub/shower in an adjoining room; private phone, cable TV, and balcony accessible from either the bedroom or the living room. This room is well suited for long-term stays and individuals preferring to dine-in. Size: Sleeps 4. Sep-May $220/Jun-Aug $145

Important Information & Inn Policies

• Rates shown are for one or two people per room. These rates do not include state and local taxes. Rates include a full, 3 course irresistible breakfast served from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
• Rates are subject to change at any time before a reservation is confirmed.
• Taxes: By law, the Adobe Rose Inn is required to collect state and local taxes for all room revenue. The current tax rate is 12.05% plus $2 per night.
• Check-In Time: Rooms are available for check-in from 4 to 6 p.m. If this time is not convenient, please let us know and we'll make alternative arrangements.
• Check-Out Time: Unless prior arrangements have been made, guests must check-out before 11:00 a.m.
• When multiple rooms are booked or during major events such as Gem Show, Homecoming, Parents Weekend, and Graduation, a 50% deposit of the total room charges may be required.
• Cancellation Policy: Rather than increase our overall pricing to compensate for losses due to cancellations, the following cancellation policy has been instituted. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved with a confirmed reservation. For cancellations received within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, the first night amount of your scheduled reservation becomes non-refundable. Payment for the remaining reservation amount will be charged as well but will be refunded on your next visit. We will make every effort to resell the cancelled rooms. If we are successful, we will not charge you for the re-sold rooms. If you shorten your scheduled stay within 14-days of your scheduled arrival or after you've checked-in, you will be responsible for the cost of your original reservation, unless we can resell the room(s). No-shows will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.
• Maximum Occupants Per Room: Adobe Rose Inn rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate 2 guests per room. However, limited accommodations for 3 guests are available in the Atanacia Room, with a roll-away bed, and our Casita, by converting our sofa to a twin-sized bed. Our Santa Rita Suite can accommodate 4 guests by converting the sofa to a full-sized bed. There is an extra nightly charge of $25 plus tax per night for each additional guest.
• Payment Options: We gladly accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Traveler's Checks, Money Orders, Personal Checks, and Cash.
• For the comfort of others, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. This includes all patios and balconies.
• Pets of all types are strictly prohibited, inside or outside the Inn including the parking areas.
• Children aged 10 and over are welcome as guests. The Adobe Rose Inn is not equipped to accommodate small children, especially with regard to our other guests and the presence of our pool and spa. In specific instances, the Adobe Rose Inn may waive this restriction with prior approval. Factors that we consider include maturity of the child, availability of parents to watch the children at all times, and the guest rooms available.
