$85.00 / $125.00 night
- $115 per night from October 1 - December 31
- $125 per night from January 1 - April 30
- $85 per night from May 1 - September 30
- Rates are based on single or double occupancy
- A third or fourth persion is an additional $15 each per night
- Stay a week and get a night free
- We prefer payment by check, however for your convenience we now accept payment via credit or debit card through Pay Pal.

- There is a minimum stay of two nights.
- A one-night minimum deposit is required for every three nights booked.
- Deposits are returned if notice is received seven days prior to arrival date. No refund is given with less than seven days' notice, unless the unit can be re-rented.
- Balance is due at check in.
- Sorry, there are no facilities for children or family pets.
- Smoking is limited to outside areas only.
- For longer stays please contact us.
- Payment by check is preferred.
