Reservations:- For reservations contact Stephen Grede or Robert Bailey.
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Early or late arrivals by special arrangements.
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
- There is a minimum stay of two nights.
- A one-night minimum deposit is required.
- Deposits are returned if notice is received seven days prior to arrival date. No refund is given with less than seven days' notice, unless the unit can be re-rented.
- Balance is due at check in.
- Sorry, there are no facilities for children or family pets.
- Smoking is limited to outside areas only.
Rates:
- $85 per night from May 1 - September 30
- $115 per night from October 1 - December 31
- $125 per night from January 1 - April 30
- Discounts for extended stays upon request.
- Rates are based on single or double occupancy.
- Prices may increase during holidays and special events.
- A third or fourth person is $15 additional each per night.
- Personal checks, cash and travelers checks are accepted.
- All rates are subject to applicable taxes.
