Policies & Guest Information
Guests of the Inn at Civano can select from three rooms in the inn itself and a casita (a suite located in an adjacent building.) All rooms feature individually controlled heating and air-conditioning, private baths, ceiling fans, phones (with free long distance), plush cotton towels, high thread count bed linens, hair dryers, TV, and select bathroom amenities. Wireless internet is available throughout all rooms and on the property. In the common areas of the main building guests can access the well-appointed kitchen, a laundry facility, a private outdoor patio, a spacious living room, dining room, and a computer. In keeping with the Civano philosophy, only natural (green) cleaning products are used.
While you will find beautiful sunny weather here in Tucson year around, our room rates are divided into three pricing tiers as follows:
High Season – November through March
Mid Season – April and May; September and October
Low Season – June through August (“Value Season”)
Rates are based on Double Occupancy and include a fully stocked Kitchen for Self Serve Continental Breakfast Weekly rates offer substantial savings over nightly rates (see chart at the bottom of page.) A five night stay will qualify you for the weekly rate! Monthly rates save even more – the monthly charge is only three times the applicable seasonal weekly rate. A special bonus applies during Value Season – the monthly rate equals the weekly rate.- Deposits: Deposits are required on all reservations: One night minimum, Weekly = $500 minimum.
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- Arrival: Check-in time is between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 pm, please call to make special check-in arrangements.
- Departure: Check-out time is 11:00 am
- Refunds: In the event of a cancellation, 100% refunds are available up to 60 days before date of reservation. Within 60 days of arrival date, if cancellation is replaced by another paid reservation we will refund 90% - if not replaced, no refunds are available. Please Note: Refund transactions will only be refunded in the same manner we received them.(credit card back to same credit card or bank account)
- Children: Children 6 to 12 years old with a well behaved parent stay for free. The Inn is not able to accept children under six.
- Pets: While pets are not allowed in the Inn at Civano, they are welcome in selected Homeshare Civano accommodations or guest homes
- Smoking: The Inn is non-smoking
