- Nightly Rates: $250. per casita, available high season only.

- Minimum Stay: 4 nights
- Restrictions: Smoking outside, no pets, children 8+ welcome
- Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Pre-payment of 50% of the total required at time of reservation. The balance is due to the host in cash or travelers checks upon arrival. At the time the reservation is confirmed, we charge a service fee of $10 for bookings.
- Mi Casa Su Casa accepts personal and business checks, and major credit cards. Reservations may be held with a credit card number, pending receipt of a check, if this method of deposit is preferred.
- For a refund of deposit, cancellation notice must be received 14 or more days prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. For stays during high season, holidays or special events, or for stays of a week or more, cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
