2 Rooms Available:
- Northwest: King bed, bathroom with shower, and private access to patio and swimming pool.
- Southeast: King bed and bathroom with full bath/shower. This room has an adjacent room with 2 twin beds to accommodate children or larger groups for an additional charge.
Guest Information - Check In: 3 pm
- Check Out: 11 am
- The pool in the back yard is not fenced or heated. No toddlers or children under 6 unless they are accomplished swimmers.
- No phones provided in bedrooms - house phone is available to guests.
- Rooms are non-smoking. Smoking okay on front porch or back patio.
- Small pets welcome in NW room with prior approval and additional charge.
- Owner and a female black lab live on the premises.
- Airport pick-up or drop-off may be arranged for $15.00 each way.

- Oct-Dec., and Apr-May: $89.00/night
- January through March: $99.00/night
- Closed June through September
- Rates may vary and include continental breakfast, tax, and wireless internet
- Additional person in room $20.00/night (12 or over)
- Minimum stay - 3 consecutive nights

Reservations & Cancellation Policy:
- Valid credit card required to hold reservation
- Cash, Personal Checks, or Travelers Checks accepted
- Credit card payments will be processed through PayPal
- Pre-payment or a portion thereof may be expected at check-in
- For Special Events, full payment may be required 30 days in advance
- Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in will be charged a mininum of 1 night
