The Scottish hostess in consideration of these difficult financial times has chosen to present a lower tarrif on the rates for Ashton House. She offers a suite of rooms on the second floor of her lovely town home in a peaceful and quiet setting. It borders on a beautiful golf course, with far away mountains in the background. Nearby (across the street) there is a heated swimming pool, hot tub and tennis courts. It offers easy access to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and Sky Harbor Airport. It is one mile from Paradise Valley Mall with restaurants, movies and shopping.
The large bedroom has a king or twin beds, well-appointed bathroom with tub/shower and doors to the bedroom or the sitting room, walk in closet, sun deck. The bedroom has cable TV. There is a private sitting room with trundle bed (twin beds), chest of drawers, Kitchen and laundry room privileges are offered. There is a phone for local calling and garage parking is available.
