SONG CATCHER

"Delight in the 'suite' story"

Perched among the tree tops with a view of Mars Hill, Song Catcher is furnished with a suite of late-1800's French antiques. Luxuriate in your queen feather bed or claw-foot tub, and gaze at the unique design of your pressed tin ceiling. Open the windows to the fresh air and cool breezes. Sink into your comfy chair and ottoman and lose yourself in that long-awaited good book. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening aperitif at your bay-window bistro table. The private bath offers a shower, as well as a claw-foot tub.

STONE CUTTER

"Savor the richness of past and present."

From your sitting room, you'll be awe-inspired by the view of the snow-covered San Francisco Peaks in winter and green tree tops in summer. You'll marvel at the master craftsman's cuts in the stone, made so long ago. The cozy Stone Cutter Room is furnished with a Hearthstone gas stove, leather couch, "easy" chair and ottoman, and a trundle bed that sleeps two nestled into its own alcove framed by deep red velvety closing drapes. The bedroom is furnished with a four-piece set of Louis XV French antiques and a state-of-the-art TempurPedic queen bed. Sink into the NASA-inspired support-you-everywhere mattress, and imagine the life and times of a hundred years ago. The private bath features a walk-in shower.

THE PANTRY

"Indulge in small treasures."

As its name implies, this was once the pantry of the house and is now a cozy retreat. Furnished with a turn-of-the-century iron bed, The Pantry is an intimate chamber off the foyer on the ground floor. Its windows, bringing in soft, cool breezes, and pillow-top queen bed beget the respite you seek. The private bath features a neo-glass onyx walk-in shower.
Rate: $129 plus tax

The fine print:
~  A prepayment of one night's stay or half the total amount due (whichever is greater) will secure your reservation.  (Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.)
~  If you cancel anytime before seven (7) days prior to your scheduled stay, your prepayment will be refunded minus a $20 administrative fee.
~ If you cancel anytime after seven (7) days prior to your scheduled stay, you will be charged the full cost of your scheduled stay unless we can rebook your room. Whatever portion of your scheduled stay is rebooked will be refunded minus a $20 administrative fee. (Exigent circumstances will be considered.)
~  Check-in is between 4 and 6 p.m.  Checkout is 11 a.m.  If you need an earlier or later check-in, please just let us know.
~  For the protection of this historic property and for everybody's comfort, the England House Bed and Breakfast is a  "No Smoking" (of any kind ) property.  (Candles and incense, too. )
~  The England House Bed and Breakfast is not well-suited for children under twelve.
~  Sorry, but we cannot accommodate your pet.  We can refer you to someone who can.
