Situated at the base of Lookout Mountain and only two miles from downtown Mentone, Winston Place is centrally located between Chattanooga, Birmingham and Atlanta. On the National Register of Historical Places, the impressive lavishness of the veranda, both upstairs and down, is undoubtedly one of the state's finest examples of how the master builders planned for open air living made possible in antebellum days.

As soon as you slip into soft sheets and comfortable beds you will know luxury is an understatement here at Winston Place. "We just spent a weekend at Winston Place B&B and also had our daughter's wedding there. I want to say that Leslie and Jim Bunch were wonderful hosts. Leslie helped with acquiring just the right florist, musicians, rental agencies, and entertaining for all our families. We feel that we had the very best service. I would highly recommend Winston Place to anyone who wants to get away for the weekend or plan a large party. We had 200 wedding guests, and the surrounding area accommodated all our party with ease and gracious hospitality. The area is full of history and has wonderful antique shops and historical places to visit. Please make the effort to go there soon." Tom and Gale, Cullman, Alabama.
