Emma's Bay House

Emma's features three spacious rooms and one suite. Three of four rooms provide views overlooking the beautiful Mobile Bay or the Bayfront Park. A large veranda surrounds the back of the house with access from the Kimberly Ann Room and the Betty Annette Room.

Policies

• Check In: 3 pm or as arranged with host; Check Out: 11 am.
• Advance reservations require a one (1) night minimum during the week and (2) night minimum on weekends.
• We strictly adhere to a 72-hour cancellation policy due to the number of rooms and high demand.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card at the time of reservation.
• Children Over 12 Welcome.
• An 8% sales tax will be added to room rates.
• All rates based on double occupancy.
• $25 extra per person/per day.
• No Smoking Inside.
• No Pets.
