Policies- Check In: 3 pm or as arranged with host; Check Out: 11 am.
- Advance reservations require a one (1) night minimum during the week and (2) night minimum on weekends.
- We strictly adhere to a 72-hour cancellation policy due to the number of rooms and high demand.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card at the time of reservation.
- Children Over 12 Welcome.
- An 8% sales tax will be added to room rates.
- All rates based on double occupancy.
- $25 extra per person/per day.
