For over a decade, Bill and Becky Jones, who are experienced innkeepers, have shared their family home with guests. Since the early 1900's, this attractive home, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, has been a Fairhope landmark.

With its unbeatable combination of comfort, elegance, charm and gracious hospitality, the Inn at 51 South Church Street is certain to delight even the most discriminating of visitors. Now, it is our pleasure to invite you to step back in time and share the ambiance of a bygone era.

Since the Inn is located in the center of the quaint town of Fairhope, many boutiques, galleries, antique shops and unique restaurants are within easy walking distance. Only three blocks away, you will find historic Mobile Bay and several miles of beautifully landscaped public beaches, rose gardens and parks. Spectacular sunsets may be viewed from the impressive municipal pier.

Living RoomThe most impressive thing about Church Street Inn is the absolute faithfulness with which fabric, furniture and art are combined to fit the period of the house.

Because our facilities are for the private use of our guests only, the hustle and bustle of village life does not intrude on your comfort and privacy.

Tastefully restored throughout, this home contains five generations of antiques and heirlooms. A portrait (pictured here) of innkeeper Becky Jones's mother commands your attention from its position over a white brick fireplace. In the window seat, you can browse through the family memory book for glimpses of first boyfriends, family pictures, World War II ration books and letters.

Available to only our guests to enjoy at anytime are the large living room, front porch or garden courtyard where a feeling of seclusion and peacefulness pervades.

The three guest bedrooms, which are named for the great granddaughters, are exceptionally spacious and each has its own private bath.

Your hosts Bill and Becky Jones are sure that you will enjoy your stay at Church Street Inn in Fairhope, the loveliest village on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay. Looking for something on the Bay? Our sister inn, Bay Breeze Bed & Breakfast, is where you want to be!
