One night's stay with a sumptuous candlelit breakfast by the fireplace.  Chocolates, spa products & roses provided for your "special someone," as well as afternoon treats in the dining room after you arrive.  Prices vary by room, this package ranges from $169 to $189 all-inclusive.

Celebrate a birthday, recent achievement or upcoming big event with 5 ore more of your friends. No other guests but your party--the whole house is yours. Relax in the parlor or upstairs sitting areas, settle around the big dining room table, enjoy candlelight conversation on the wraparound porches, watch an old chick flick, take a long soaking bubble bath in an antique tub. Midnight snacks can include a pot of tea, homemade cake or cookies, popcorn and sodas. Home-cooked breakfast buffet included. $69 per person (minimum: 6 guests).

• Two nights for two at the Roses and Lace Bed and Breakfast plus: we arrange tee times (fees are up to you, though we have a few coupons) for you at any of the six nearby courses (including 2 of the Robert Trent Jones courses), and furnish guide and transportation for the non-golfing spouse for a one-day shopping trip customized to your interests - your choice of antique shopping or upscale stores in the Birmingham area. $455.

We can provide long-stemmed roses ($50), chocolates ($25) or a beautiful wedding gift basket($80) to help create a magical ending to your wedding day or romantic getaway.

• Two nights for two at the Roses and Lace Bed and Breakfast plus a one-day guided tour: see inside any or all of these: the Inzer Museum, the St. Clair Archives, the Old Ashville Lodge, Old Ashville Cemetery and the John Looney House. Then we'll transport you to a local cafe in Oneonta for lunch, followed by visits to any of the 3 historic Covered Bridges (Swann, Easley, Horton Mill) of Blount County. A few antique stores can be added, if desired. $455.

Want to elope? Or just skip all the stress of a complex wedding plan? We provide the beautiful venue (indoors or out), simple flowers, an officiant (your choice, a Minister or a Judge)--plus punch and refreshments afterward. You provide the Bride and Groom, a license (the County Courthouse is walking distance from our house) and a few friends and family (maximum of 20 guests). The entire package is only $775. And the Bridal Suite can be yours with a special 35% discount. What could be simpler?

A very secluded setting-from spring through fall-for just the two of you: an elegant table set on the veranda, surrounded by lush greenery and blossoms with a view of the Rose Garden; a small table set with antique china, crystal and silver. Personalized service just for you-- for the most romantic breakfast ever. Normal room rates apply, plus $35.
