Constructed in 2002, and located in Mountain Home, Texas, Sunset Studio and Inn is designed to take advantage of the magnificent views from one of the highest elevations on the "Divide." Sunset Studio offers daily and weekly art classes with individual instruction. With vistas that are inspiring, the artist is surrounded by unlimited stimulation for creativity. Sunset Inn has been selected as one of the top 100 Bed and Breakfasts in Texas by the "Texas Bed & Breakfast Guide and Cookbook". |

| The Inn is decorated using antiques, collectibles, family memorabilia and Jane's personal art. Sunset Inn hosts only two couples at a time. The private accommodations include two bedrooms, each with queen-size bed, satellite TV, a private bathroom with an oversized, corner soaker tub and separate shower; plus full use of the Great Room (big Screen TV and books), Dining Rooms, screened porch and front veranda. |

Sunset Inn is not your typical Bed and Breakfast. In addition to a full country breakfast and Retreat Time (at dusk), with advanced reservations, lunch and dinner are available daily. Complimentary alcoholic beverages are available to our guests at Retreat Time and dinner.
| Retreat Time is a time to sit on the porches, relax, enjoy the hors d'oeuvres and drinks, watch the sun retreat, and enjoy the Texas Hill Country and the wildlife, which lives there. You can even hand feed Rosie our Texas Longhorn. | Meals at Sunset Inn are an event. The food is typically southwestern style. Meal times, especially breakfast and dinner, are designed to be a throw back to the good old times, where friends dined and conversed on life in general, the arts, the day's events and the future of the universe. We are sorry, but we are unable to accept any children under 18 years of age, pets or firearms. Sunset Inn is a smoke-free environment. |
