For your visit to the Texas Hill Country, choose your accommodations from our custom guest log home or guest cabins. Both include full gourmet breakfast! This may be a choice of a German pancake with maple ham & fruit or whole wheat waffles with homemade preserves and pepper bacon. Your kitchen will be stocked with gourmet coffee, fresh cream, homemade cookies, nuts, yogurt and juices.

Stony Ridge Ranch Meal Service

Due to our remote location, you may want to relax and enjoy a healthful gourmet dinner, prepared by Chef Rollie. Rollie ran a very successful catering firm in Dallas for 13 years, and is a very active member of the professional culinary organization, Les Dames d'Escoffier, in San Antonio. Meals can be served outdoors on the deck, or in the outdoor Garden Room in front of the fireplace, weather permitting.

Gourmet Grazing Tray After a long drive, sit on the deck and enjoy the magnificent view of the Texas Hills, with our delicious meal. It includes meats, veggies, cheeses, bread, fruit, olives, dessert, and a bottle of wine for two persons. Available Saturday evenings only. $65/per couple
Wonderful Picnics Wonderful Picnics are available for hiking and horsebackriding as well. Includes a large sandwich on ciabatta bread with a sundried tomato, mayo, ham, salamis, field greens, avocado, red bell pepper. Organic blue corn tortilla chips, fruit, dessert, bottled water. $15/per couple
Prearranged Special Gourmet Dinners are available for groups of six to eight persons on Saturday evenings. Please call Chef Rollie to arrange a special dinner, or cooking classes for your group of friends, at 830-562-3542.
