Room 10 is the only room with an external entrance, so it is a little more private than other rooms. The room features a queen size bed and four windows, three of which face south. The lighting is very nice during the day, and the blinds are quite thick! The bathroom has a shower. Room 11 is downstairs, near the dining room, parlor and the main entrance. An ornate iron bed is the main feature of the room, but it also has a desk and a very nice wardrobe. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub and shower. Room 12 is upstairs, at the end of the staircase railing. It is still undergoing changes, and when it is done, it will be our best room. The room is quite large with a king size bed, granite top dresser, and an old wardrobe. The best thing about this room is the door to the balcony. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub and shower. |

Room 13 is on the second floor, just left of the top of the stairs. The room features a king size bed, dresser, and wardrobe. This room has a door to the balcony, and the bathroom has a clawfoot tub and shower. Room 14 is our nicest room and is at the top of the stairs with a queen bed. This room has a view of the University of Texas tower, and if one of the school's academic or athletic teams does well, they light it up in different schemes of orange and white. The room also has a door to the balcony, and the bathroom has a clawfoot tub and shower. |

Room 15 is upstairs, at the end of the south hall. This room has a queen bed and decent view of the UT tower. It also has a private balcony that we are considering opening up. The bathroom has a clawfoot and shower combination. Room 16 is upstairs, across from 15. The room has a king size bed and wooden floors in good shape, and the bathroom has a shower. Room 17 is upstairs, immediately to the right of the stairs and is ideal for someone traveling alone. The bed is twin size, but the room is more than large enough for one person and comes with all of the usual furniture and amenities. The bathroom has a shower. Room 18 is the attic suite, and is large enough to accommodate two couples. |
