Cancellations
At least 10 days notice of cancellation before your confirmed arrival date. A $25 processing fee is then charged to you for each suite or house. However, if you cancel within 10 days of your scheduled arrival you are financially responsible for your complete confirmed reservation.

Upon cancellation, you will be provided with a cancellation number and we will mail a cancellation notice. You must retain both the cancellation number and postcard to verify cancellation, should there be a question regarding your cancellation. Groups reservations adhere to a unique policy, call for details.
