Windsor House Bed & Breakfast

When traveling to east Texas, Roseland Plantation serves as a comfortable and relaxing “home base” for Canton’s First Monday shoppers, Tyler’s many social and community events and the countless antique shops located in nearby towns. Located on State Hwy. 64, twenty-five miles east of Canton and only six miles west of the Tyler Pounds Airport, guests are able to remain close to shopping, cultural and business centers of the area, and yet return to the tranquility of the rolling hills of east Texas and our charming bed and breakfast.

The bed and breakfast comprises of The Windsor House, with four luxurious bedrooms, and the private, cute as can be, Cherokee Rose Cabin. Stately magnolias, crepe myrtles, dogwoods, and other trees punctuate the landscape around the buildings.

Policies
  • Our rates are for single/double occupancy, per night.
  • There is a $20 per person charge for additional occupants in the same room.
  • All rates include: A full hearty country breakfast, Complimentary plantation tour.
  • 10% discount for three or more consecutive nights.
  • To confirm your reservation, a deposit for the first night lodging is required at the time of booking.
  • We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express, local checks or money orders.
  • You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a full refund less a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will forfeit full deposit.
  • Check-in: From 3 to 6 PM (call for special arrangements for late check-in); Check-Out time: 11 a.m.
  • For the safety and comfort of our guests, smoking is prohibited inside or within 25 feet of all buildings.
  • For the comfort of our guests with allergies, no pets are allowed.
  • Any egregious damage to guest room or its contents will result in a repair or replacement fee charged to the guest's credit card. Any pet in a room will be considered damage as it will require extra cleaning and service to the room to remove odor, hair and/or dander.
  • Swimming pool is for the use of Bed and Breakfast guests only. There is no lifeguard on duty. By using the swimming pool, guests agree to abide by pool rules as stated on signs around the pool and does not hold Roseland Plantation, LLC liable for any injury sustained while using pool facilities.
