Brazoria, Texas (TX) Bed & Breakfast: Sitting on almost 3 1/2 acres along the San Bernard River, this B&B has an abundance of beautiful rose bushes. There are sitting areas along the river plus a long veranda offering a peaceful and protected sitting area. Inside, the lobby/living room has a fireplace with comfortable seating, and a separate dining room where the homemade breakfasts are served. There are three guest rooms, all on the second floor. Each of the spacious rooms has a full private bathroom. Two rooms have views of the river; the third overlooks the rose garden.

The three upstairs guest rooms in our bed and breakfast each have queen-size beds and their own private baths.
The accommodations are named after some favorite rose, each room has its own distinctive personality.

New Dawn

welcomes the first light of the San Bernard River and is beautifully appointed in the blush tones of this highly rated climbing rose. $150 per night including tax and gourmet breakfast.

Rise n' Shine

a bright yellow miniature rose, was inspiration for the color used predominately in this room which looks out over the San Bernard River. $150 per night including tax and gourmet breakfast.

Rainbow's End

is a jeweled-toned rose and so the third bedroom sparkles with color reflecting the rainbow of hues seen in the rose garden below. Both bedroom and bathroom window seats provide nooks for reading and daydreaming. Featured in this private bath is the claw-footed spa tub which must be seen to be believed and used to be appreciated. $150 per night including tax and gourmet breakfast.

Policies

One nights deposit or credit card guarantee is required on all advance reservations.
There is a 72 hour cancellation policy at the bed and breakfast.
Check-in is between 3 and 9 p.m.
Check out is 12 p.m.
Smoking permitted outside only
Children 12 and older are welcome.
No pets please
Note: We have a friendly family dog and courteous cats on the property.
If you have a boat or water sports equipment, a public ramp is in the area and our docking facilities are available to you.
