From Beaumont, Texas, (by-passing Houston)
Stay I-10 west to the Winnie exit. Take Highway 124 South.
Turn right onto Highway 87 to Boliver Peninsula.
Board the free ferry to cross Galveston Bay.
Come off the ferry and go straight up Ferry Road until you reach Seawall Blvd.
Turn right and stay in the right hand lane to Broadway.
Go north on Broadway to 20th Street and turn right.
Go one block to Sealy and turn right.
The Queen Anne is the 4th house on the right.

From San Antonio and Austin, Texas, (by-passing Houston)
Stay I-10 east and take the south exit at the Sam Houston Toll Road/Beltway 8.
Take the toll road to I-45 south to Galveston.
Once you've crossed the bridge onto Galveston Island, I-45 automatically becomes Broadway.
Take Broadway to 20th Street and turn left.
Go one block to Sealy and turn right.
The Queen Anne is the 4th house on the right.
