The Queen Anne is ideally located within walking distance of the historical downtown Strand shopping area, The Grand 1894 Opera House, Postoffice Street Art District and many of Galveston's fine and casual restaurants. The Queen Anne is nine blocks from the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and ten blocks from the cruise terminal. Members of HAT (Historical and Hospitality Accommodations of Texas) and recommended by Southern Living, The Queen Anne was also included Galveston's Historical Foundation's East End Historical Home Tour in 1996.

Dining Room A full, gourmet breakfast accompanied by candlelight and soft music await guests each morning in the dining room. Quiet, antique filled rooms and outside porches and swings are comfortable and inviting. Complimentary bicycles are accessible and afternoon refreshments are always available after a day of sightseeing.

Built in 1905, The Queen Anne features ten-foot high pocket doors, original stained glass windows and exquisite inlaid wood floors. All six guest rooms have private baths, are comfortable and tastefully appointed, have individual climate control, and robes for that "right at home" feeling. Parlor
