Prow'd House Bed & Breakfast

The Ashley Room features a queen size bed, coffee pot, private bath, private hot tub and swing just outside the patio door.

The Brittany Room features a queen size bed, coffee pot, private bath, TV, and swing just outside the patio door.

The Angelique Room features a queen size bed, coffee pot, private bath, TV, swing just outside the patio door, and a shared hot tub.

The Ffiona Room features a queen size bed, coffee pot, private bath, TV, and a shared hot tub on the patio.

The Marion Room features two full size beds, coffee pot, private bath, TV, swing just outside the patio door, and a shared hot tub.

The Suite is located upstairs and features a private entrance and a separate living room. The bedroom has a king size bed and TV. The living room has room to relax with a stone fireplace and kitchenette. A private bath and deck round off the perfect hide-away.

• Ashley Room: $150 per night (2 night minimum). $175 for one night booking.
• Brittany Room: $125 per night (2 night minimum). $150 for one night booking.
• Angelique, Ffiona, & Marion Rooms: $125 per night (2 night minimum). $150 for one night booking.
• The Suite:$175 per night (2 night minimum). $200 for one night stay.
• Rates based on double occupancy.
• $25 per additional person in Cottage Rooms.
• Rates do not include State tax at 6%. Prow'd House does not collect Hotel Occupancy Tax.

• Cash, check, Visa or MasterCard accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: - A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required at the time of the booking. A $20.00 fee will be charged for all cancellations made 14 days prior to the date of the reservation; any balance of the deposit will be refunded by check or credit to your credit card account. However, when a cancellation is received within 14 days of arrival, we will issue a gift certificate, valid for one year, for the entire amount of the proposed stay. No shows, shortening the length of stay and early departures will be charged the full amount of any reservation.

• Sorry, but we have no facility for pets because we have 3 soft dogs of our own.
• All rooms are non-smoking.
