Sunrise Eggs
Each Sunrise Egg Cup:
1 egg
1 tsp heavy cream
Sprinkle of salt
Sprinkle of black pepper
Sprinkle of fresh basil, chopped
Sprinkle of fresh thyme leaves
Sprinkle of grated cheddar cheese
Sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese
Sprinkle of paprika
Fresh parsley, to garnish
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray large muffin cups with non-stick spray. Line each cup with a foil muffin cup. Spray once again with non-stick spray. Break open egg in muffin cup. Add cream, salt, pepper, basil and thyme. Cover each egg with cheddar cheese. Add parmesan cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes, until yolk is hard. Sprinkle with paprika and a sprig of parsley.
