Bastrop is the second oldest city in Texas. Over 125 properties in town are listed on the National Register of Historic Places, making Bastrop the first such multiple listing in the United States in 1979.

Each suite or room is outfitted with all the amenities a vacationer or business traveler would desire, such as a new comfortable bed, refitted for the antique bedsuites with luxurious linens and featherbeds, ceiling fans, coffeemakers, comfortable working/reading areas with desks, easy chairs and books and magazines. Some rooms have fireplaces, loveseat sofabeds or adjacent sitting areas.

  • Rates range from $75 to $150
  • Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit by personal check equal to one half of the total due. Sorry but to keep costs low, no credit cards.
  • Cancellation dependent on season: Holidays, special event weekends and weddings, 2 months. High season: 2 weeks, low, 3 days. If you notify us prior to this timeframe, we will refund your deposit less a $15. processing fee. If you must cancel inside the allotted guideline, a gift certificate will be sent to you for your return visit.
  • Children are welcome.
  • Pets inside on your lap only. Your pet is welcome to sleep un-caged in our utility room if quiet. No fenced yard.
  • Due to the historic nature of our Inn, smoking permitted outside only. Further charges incurred if evidence of smoking inside.
