The Paniolo Ranch Bed and Breakfast Spa is a romantic resort retreat located in the Heart of the Texas Hill Country and a stone's throw from the historic town of Sisterdale, home of the Sister Creek Vineyards. We offer outstanding options for recreation and relaxation, whether for a honeymoon, anniversary, birthday, wedding or just a simple "getaway weekend". Enjoy a morning walk on the 100 acre lands of the Paniolo Ranch, picnic by the lake, fossil hunt beside the spring, take in the hot tub under the star-filled sky, take a steam bath or whirlpool, build a fire in our firepit and roast some marshmallows and hotdogs. Visit the orchard and garden to gather vine-ripened fruits and vegetables, paint a picture in the art studio or take a road trip and enjoy the many diverse activities, weekend craft fairs and markets, antique and specialty shops, and fine restaurants of the surrounding historical towns of Comfort, Waring, Boerne, Luckenback, Blanco, Wimberly, San Marcos, New Braunfels and Fredericksburg.
