Rates include a full gourmet breakfast and off-street parking. All rooms include a private in-room bath with tub and shower, cable TV, telephone with voicemail, hospitality refrigerator, one queen or king bed, and beautiful antique furnishings. (Maximum occupancy is 2, except for the first floor rooms). Complimentary high-speed Internet, fax, copier, and voicemail are available. 2 Standard Queen Bedrooms Includes TV. 2 Superior Queen Bedrooms Include fireplace and flat-panel TV with DVD player hidden in the antique armoire. 2 Superior King Bedrooms & 1 Standard King Bedroom Include fireplace and porch. First Floor King Jacuzzi Suite Two room suite. First floor with separate sitting and bedrooms. Sitting room has twin daybed for third guest ($50 per day charge). Luxurious new granite bath with premium double jacuzzi tub and separate shower. King bed, fireplace, direct access to lower veranda, stereo system, 2 TV's (Maxium occupancy 3). Riverview King Jacuzzi Suite Large, very private room. Third floor with sitting area and fireplace. Private balcony overlooking the Riverwalk. Large, luxurious new granite bath with premium double jacuzzi tub and separate shower with 5 spray jets. King bed, stereo system in room and bath, flat-panel TV with surround sound system and DVD player. Corporate Rates Sun-Thurs (single traveller), subject to availability, call for rates. 2-Night Stay required on Most Weekends. Holidays, Fiesta and Special Events require 3-6 day stay. For the comfort of all guests: No smoking inside. No pets. Children 16 or older only.

Reservation Deposit: All reservations require a 50% deposit (Minimum one night deposit). 3-10 rooms: 50% deposit non-refundable at booking; balance due 60 days from arrival date non-refundable. Surcharge for entire Inn Reservations Made Within cancellation periods (1-2 rooms 14 days or Holidays, Fiesta, and Special Events 60 days) are charged in full for length of stay non-refundable. Payment: Cash, Checks, American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Diner's Club, or Travellers Checks. Check-In: 3 - 5:30 p.m. Prior arrangements MUST be made for earlier or later arrivals. Check-Out: by 11 a.m. Cancellation Policy $25 Service Charge per room on All Deposit Refunds-(5% on deposits over $400) 14 day notice (1-2 rooms) required prior to arrival date for refund. Less than 14 days 50% deposit is non-refundable. 60 day Notice required prior to arrival date for Holiday, Fiesta, Special Events for refund. 3-10 Rooms 50% deposit Non-refundable at booking. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date non-refundable. No Show will be a Full Charge for length of reserved stay non-refundable. Shortening Length of Stay within cancellation period will not reduce full charge for original reservation.
