Murphy’s Bed and Breakfast is located two blocks south of George Bush Drive, within walking distance of Kyle Field and the south side of the Texas A&M campus. There are two guest rooms: the Rose Room (king-size bed and a private bath with tub/shower); and the Western Room (queen-size bed and a private bath with shower). The Victorian parlor, the sun room with its large bay-window, and the front porch with white rocking chairs give you quiet and charming places to relax over a cup of coffee or a good book.

Rates and Policies:

• The Rose Room - $125.00 per night
• The Western Room - $100.00 per night
• Rates include room and full breakfast for two
• No children under 12 or pets; no smoking or alcohol on premises.

Reservations:

• Reservations are accepted with a credit card to secure the room. Cancellations must be made 10 days before check-in.
• Check-in time: Beginning at 3:00 PM (please advise if you will be arriving after 7:00 PM)
• Check-out time: 12:00 noon
