Dinner At The Inn
Enjoy dinner at the Mt. Gainor Inn family style in the dining room or under the pavilion over looking the Texas Hill Country in the heart of ranch country outside of Dripping Springs, north west of Wimberley, TX. Guests arriving in the evenings have benefited and greatly enjoyed the following gourmet dinner selections that are available below. Please let us know at the time of your reservation if you would prefer to have dinner at the Inn. Prices do not include tax.
Chicken and Prosciutto Pasta
Hearty and filling this casserole combines spices and a clever mixture of marinara and Alfredo sauces. Prosciutto and capers add an inviting gourmet touch with Salad and Seasonal Vegetables. $15

Traditional King Ranch Casserole
Made with roasted chicken, corn tortillas, creamy soups, cheese, green chile peppers and tomatoes with Tossed Salad and Seasonal Vegetables. $15

Chicken Pot Pie
White wine, tarragon, and shallots are just some of the savory ingredients folded in a golden brown puff pastry with Tossed Salad. $15

Coconut Macadamian Mahi Mahi

Pecan or Parmesan Crusted Rainbow Trout

Focaccia Crusted Snapper
Snapper breaded with Focaccia, Kalamata olives, Italian seasonings with Tossed Salad and Seasonal Vegetables. $18

Baked Ziti with Three Cheeses
This creamy commingling of tangy gorgonzola, nutty fontina, and sharp Parmesan cheese is full of flavor and sure to be a hit. Leftovers are hardly common. $15

Chicken and Walnut Salad
Parmesan grilled chicken on top of baby greens with pineapple and chutney dressing. Served with pita bread to make sure you can get every bite. $12
