Modern B & B

Stay in this extraordinarily unique, modern townhome in the heart of Houston. Rates range from $100 for our mod rooms to $200 for our Top Shelf rooms. Through an artfully exposed steel structure, this modern townhome takes advantage of interesting structural angles to create a series of tall, breezy porches. An assemblage of stained wood beams, steel fireplace and clearstory windows fill the dramatic 2 story living spaces.

Stay in the 4th floor Tree House Room or City View Room flanked by shaded verandas allowing for panoramic views of the city. The huge bedrooms with double high ceilings have large bathrooms and walk in slate showers, granite counters, double sinks, and a huge whirlpool bath for two. There is a king bed in each, two side tables, and a writing desk. Each of the 4th floor rooms has an outside spiral staircase with a private door, or you can take the grand stairs inside.

Each room is equipped with
cable TV; building has wireless internet.

• Rooms may be cancelled 72 hours or more before check in time, which is 3pm for a $25 cancellation fee.
• If the rooms are cancelled before this window they will be charged for the full room rental price and any additional goods or services requested.

• Parties which resrve the entire B&B will require a six calendar month cancellation. Any cancellations within this period will be charged for the rental and 50% of the quoted price for the event they have planned with our party coordinator.
• Last minute reservations are paid in advance with a credit card.
• There is no smoking inside the building, but is allowed on the terraces.
• Pets are welcomed with a $25 per day fee. Limited accomodations are provided.
• Children are welcomed, however, no child care of any kind is provided.
