Bush Ranch The tours are regularly priced at $19.90 per person, but we are taking our guests (and any guests they want to invite) for half-price with a minimum charge of $19.90 for a tour. The tour usually takes about 2 hours, and includes a narrated trip to Crawford and the Bush Ranch. We tell you about the events that have taken place in the area since the President and First Lady have made their home here. Much of our information comes from having been the mailman for the route where the Ranch is for almost 23 years, along with more than 40 years of living and working in Crawford. Bring your camera because there are a couple of places where you might either want to be photographed or take pictures.
We point out the places where particular events have happened, such as the Inaugural Ball, the announcement of Colin Powell to be Secretary of State, the President's voting place, the Coffee Station, the site of the President's press conferences, the media locations, souvenir shops (stopping at one), the original ranch home where the President first lived, location of present home, the Secret Service Headquarters, the White House Communications site along with other offices related to the Texas White House, Prairie Chapel school and a visit to the church where the President and First Lady have worshipped, etc.
Various interesting anecdotes are related and there is plenty of time for questions.
