 Fayetteville, Texas Bed and Breakfast: There are two guests rentals. Arbor House is a cottage for adults only, while The Bunk House invites well behaved children. The Bunk House also can serve as a gathering facility for scrapbooking, and various celebrations.

Introduction
Las Brisas Farm - Fayetteville, Texas Las Brisas Farm is a country retreat developed to share God's love, beauty and bounty with others in an atmosphere that reflects God's peace, tranquility, and Grace.

The owners, Eldon and Kathy, have developed 10 acres for guests' pleasure featuring colorful and fragrant flower gardens, outdoor fireplace with spa, and many places to sit and absorb the serenity of Las Brisas Farm. Eldon and Kathy want LBF to be a destination where guests return home rested and refreshed.

There are two guest cottages, Arbor House and the Bunkhouse. Both structures have rustic exteriors with gardens and patios connected to each. The interiors reflect country charm and have modern conveniences and comforts sure to please the most discerning guest.

A delicious, homemade breakfast is delivered to each cottage or prepared at the outdoor kitchen (weather permitting). An example of a typical breakfast includes a sumptuous hot dish, fruit or fruit tart, and juice. Starbucks coffee and herbal teas are provided in each cottage.

Arbor House (adults only) is exclusively yours and perfect for romantic getaways, two couples traveling together, special celebrations, or a much-needed R&R.

1 bedroom (1-2 guests): $165
2nd bedroom: $85
5th guest: $50
Special Events (1 - 4 guests): $250
Hotel Tax: 6%

The Bunkhouse is exclusively yours and perfect for romantic getaways, girls' weekend, special celebrations, retreats, workshops, scrapbooking.

1 - 4 guests: $250
Each additional guest: $50
Hotel Tax: 6%

Policies
  • Adults only
  • No Smoking
  • No Pets
  • B&B reservations are confirmed with $100 deposit. The deposit is refundable 8 days prior to arrival date minus $50 cancellation fee. Sorry, no refund after that. Balance is due upon arrival.
  • Special Events - Reservations are confirmed with $100 non-refundable deposit. Balance is due 2 months prior to event. No refunds after final payment.
  • Check-in: 3 p.m.
  • Check-out: 11 a.m.
