Winter
Pansies, petunias, snapdragons, rosemary, lavender, Texas sage, paper whites, daffodils, golden rain tree vine/Carolina jasmine on fence rows, arbors and screen throughout the property, White and yellow Lady Banks roses on rustic arbors, coral & lavender, loquat fruit, Bridal wreath, red bottlebrush, Texas mountain laurel, dianthus, fruit trees (including peach, plum, pear, apple and nectarine).

Spring
Fields of wildflowers, pink jasmine, over 100 rose bushes, petunias, pansies, lilies, wisteria, star jasmine, snap dragons, 100's of Day lilies, marigolds, mandevilla vines, hibiscus, wild gladiolas, geraniums, assorted herbs, lantana, oleander, vinca, verbena, yucca, palm trees, dianthus, flowering pomegranates, some ripe peaches and plums, begonias, poppies.

Summer
Crepe myrtle, palm trees, lantana; fragrant, yellow oleander, hibiscus, roses, day lilies, marigolds, mandevilla vines, Vinca, verbena, zinnias, honeysuckle, purple and orange butterfly bushes, assorted herbs, ripe figs, tomatoes, Squash, corn, grapes.

Fall
Mums, petunias, pansies, roses, ripe pomegranates, pumpkins, yellow jasmine, oranges, lemons, limes, kumquats.

• No smoking
• No pets
• B&B reservations are confirmed with a $100 deposit.
• Cancellation: With at least 8 days notice prior to arrival date, deposit will be refunded, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Sorry, no refund after that.
• Special Events reservations are confirmed with a $100 per day non-refundable deposit. Balance is due 2 months prior to the event. Sorry, no refunds for any cancellations.
• Check in 3 p.m. -- check out 11 a.m.
