Hero's Hideaway Horses, horses and more horses! If an equine decor pleases you, this is the cabin for you! Belinda likes to refer to this as "Hero's Hideaway," after our favorite resident gelding. Hero's a real people pleaser, a former "cutting" horse (used for herding cattle) and a smart, gentle people-lover. He's often to be found grazing on the lush grass immediately behind, you guessed it, Hero's Hideaway. The Hideaway has everything for horse lovers and plain old ranch lovers alike. Vintage pictures, theme lamps, beautiful cedar furnishings, plus an open layout that somehow combines spacious with cozy. Climb (it's up off the ground a bit) into your big four-poster cedar bed for a good night's rest. Brew some early morning coffee in the full kitchen, enjoy it in the nearby gazebo with it's 360 degree view of the ranch, or just rock on the porch. There you can also enjoying sunsets, wide-open vistas and breezes. Relax on the swing next to the goldfish pond, also just steps away out your front door, and listen to the cascading waterfall. There's no rush, breakfast is close by in the main house. Hero's Hideaway combines the best of La Estrellita charm and privacy with comfort and convenience. Come visit us (and Hero of course, who thinks everyone comes to visit him) to relax and recharge.

Cozy comfort. Nothing better describes this small, quaint little cabin in the woods. Watch beautiful sunrises over the pond and rolling hills beyond, walk out to the dock to fish, paddle boat ride, or just sit and daydream. Walk under your wooded, but open private yard, with beautiful waterfront view, then nestle into your own little country cabin with its bedroom, full bath and private porch. Next morning, breakfast awaits at the main house, a short drive or invigorating walk away, close enough for convenience, far enought for complete privacy and relaxation. The writers cabin is perfect for one, or for two who want to be close, cozy, and just plain comfortable. You get the idea.
