The Porch Room... is a very large downstairs room. The room has a private entrance and porch, a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, private bath with a shower and an extra shared bath with a whirlpool tub, TV, phone, heat/AC and kitchenette. The extra whirlpool bath is shared with the School Room.
Accommodates a maximum of 4 people The School Room... is our largest downstairs room. Amenities include a full kitchen, private entrance, private bath - wheelchair accessible, a double bed and queen sleeper sofa, dresser, TV, VCR, telephone, refrigerator, microwave oven, amd a walk around porch. The whirlpool bath is shared with the Porch Room. Accommodates a maximum of 4 people |

The West Room... is a large upstairs room. The room has a private entrance, a king size bed, a sofa and chair, TV, telephone, refrigerator, heat/AC, and access to a wonderful shared porch with scenic views.
Accommodates a maximum of 2 people The East Room... is a large upstairs room. The room has a private entrance, a king size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, private bath with a shower, refrigerator, TV, telephone, heat/AC, and access to a wonderful shared porch with scenic views. Accommodates a maximum of 4 people Sweet Reteat... is a wonderful small downstairs room that is newly built and has a kitchenette, a writing desk, a salitillo tile floor with throw rugs, shutters for privacy, and of course, AC and heat. We have just recently added this room and it has been a great compliment to the schoolhouse. Accommodates a maximum of 2 people |

Hillside Hideaway...is a delightful large upstairs room with slanted ceilings, and two windowed dormers. The Hillside Hideaway room is perfect for two or a family of four, and has a private entrance, 1 king and 1double bed, a private jacuzzi bath, and a small private porch. (Sorry, no pets in this room). Nightly rate with breakfast $145.00 - double occupancy Nightly rate without breakfast $125.00 - double occupancy Accommodates a maximum of 4 people |

Katherine's Attic... is a very large upstairs room that is perfect for 2 or a family up to 5 people. The Katherine's Attic has 1 king bed and 3 twin beds, a private bath with whirlpool and shower, a dressing area, and a shared kitchenette and a shared porch. (Sorry, no pets in this room).

The Room With A View has a carpeted floor, a king size bed, private bath with a shower, and access to a shared kitchenette and shared porch. (Sorry, no pets in this room). Deer Haven... (Our newest special place for you!) A truly charming 5 room cottage (approx. 900 sq. ft.) with 2 queen beds, 1 twin, a full kitchen (with pots, pans, siverware, plates, cups, etc.), living room, 1 bath with a whirlpool/shower combination, laundry room, TV/VCR, & a deck & a patio area out in back. The decor includes salitillo tile floors,
barnwood kitchen cabinets, and lovely quilts. The Deer Haven Cottage will sleep 2-5 people. Rage for 2 people is $185.00 with breakfast. Extras after the first 2, each added adult (18 and older) $40 and each child (3-17) $30. Pets allowed 10-20 lbs. - $10.00 a night.
