Kuebler Waldrip Haus Bed and Breakfast

• Kuebler Waldrip Haus and Danville Schoolhouse Buildings:
  • Rates with breakfast range from $125-$185 per night for 2 people.
  • Extra guests in a room: each added child (3-17) is $20, and each added adult (18 and older) is $30.
  • Guests may choose to rent the rooms without breakfast and must be specified at the time of the reservation.
  • Rates without breakfast range from $105-$165 per night for 2 people.
  • Extra guests in a room: each added child (3-17) is $10, and each added adult (18 and older) is $20.
• Deer Haven Cottage:
  • Rate for 2 people is $185.
  • Extra people after the first 2 people: each added adult (18 and older) $40 & each child (2-17) $30.
  • We do allow small pets (10-20 lbs.) in this building. This must be pre-arranged when making your reservation. Pets are $10 each night per pet.
• Individual rooms and group reservations will need to be booked by calling Toll Free: (800) 299-8372 or by regular phone (830) 625-8300.
• Reservations by the Room must be a firm reservation and are guaranteed with a name, address, cell phone, time of arrival, a valid credit card and payment due upon arrival.
• Rates effective Jan. 1, 2009.
• Cancellation Policy: Reservation cancellations 21 days or more prior to dates reserved will incur a $25 cancellation fee for each room cancelled.
• Guests cancelling reservations less than 21 days prior to dates reserved are responsible for full payment of dates reserved (via credit card given to us as a guarantee) unless the room can be re-rented to replace the time and room(s) reserved.
• Cancellations will be accepted by phone only (no voice mail, fax, or email cancellations).
• Please check about our rain check policy. No shows and guests departing in advance of the last day of the reservation will be charged for the full time reserved. Please reserve only the dates that you plan to keep.
