Pets Welcome

We are just as committed to our pet guests as we are to their owners which is why we have had unique pet amenities custom designed for our four-legged patrons. In preparation for their arrival, our pet rooms are arranged with a logo-embroidered pet bed as well as a feeding mat with porcelain food and water bowls to be used throughout their stay.

A nominal $50 cleaning fee is charged per stay to guests who bring their trusty companions with them to the Mansion. There is no size limit for animals, but we ask that owners strictly follow our policies to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. Please keep in mind that all pets must be on flea and heartworm prevention prior to their stay.

If your pet's behavior compromises the comfort of other guests, you will be financially responsible for any lost revenue the hotel experiences due to guest complaints which negatively impact the hotel's image. Upon arrival, you must provide a phone number where you can be reached in case we need to contact you regarding your pet. If you plan on leaving your pet unattended at any time during your stay, you must take precautions to secure them in a travel carrier or kennel. Please be aware that a minimum fee of $150 will be added to your final bill if there is any damage to hotel property.
