Our two-story red brick home has four bedrooms and the "Judge Baylor suite," all with private baths and either king-size, queen-size or twin beds. Each room is spacious and beautifully appointed. The rooms at this Waco, TX bed and breakfast inn are remodeled and arranged to afford maximum privacy with no two rooms sharing adjacent walls. In addition to central heat and air, each of our bed and breakfast rooms have a ceiling fan for your added comfort. With only five rooms, the owners and innkeepers, Bruce and Dorothy Dyer, are able to provide quality personal time with each guest. Their living quarters are also located on the grounds of the Judge Baylor House Bed and Breakfast affording availability whenever needed. |

Judge Baylor House Bed and Breakfast serves a scrumptious full breakfast beginning at 8:00 a.m. weekdays and 8:30 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Earlier breakfasts may be arranged on request. Conversation around our dining room table can be exhilarating, or you may dine at a table for two in the dining room. Judge R.E.B. Baylor was the founder of Baylor University which was chartered by the Republic of Texas in 1845. The Judge Baylor House at 908 Speight Avenue is located adjacent to the campus and is a three-minute drive to downtown Waco and the Waco Convention Center. |

| The world's largest collection of materials relating to Robert and Elizabeth Barrett Browning is housed in the Armstrong-Browning library, also located on Speight Avenue just 1 1/2 blocks away. The library has 56 stained glass windows depicting the poems of the Brownings. |
