• Accommodations: 4 private rooms, each with private bath. Rates: $125 to $155 per night. Discounts available for two nights or more. Rates are subject to change without notice.
  
• We have a 2 night min. on most weekends with discounts available for more than 3 nights or a middle of the week discount. There is a $25 per day per room reservation charge at the time your reservation is made it will be credited to you upon check out, however it is non-refundable on any cancellation.
• Cancellation Policy:
  Last minute cancellations 48 hours or less will be charged 50% of entire stay. A no show will be charged full price.

• Smoking is permitted on porches.
• Pets are also permitted in one of our rooms.
• Well behaved children are always allowed.

• Payment: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. Room can be reserved on credit card.

• Breakfast: Full gourmet breakfast.
  
• Languages Spoken: English and some German.
  
• Special Events at Inn: Intimate receptions. Sometimes dinners and meetings for corporate visitors.

• Recreation & Activities: Hiking, golf, and tennis nearby. Fishing at Guadalupe River, Comal River, and Canyon Lake.
  
• Attractions & Special Events: Texas Hill Country, water park, oldest dance hall in Texas, Gruene Historical District, San Antonio, and Austin.
  
• Recommended Local Restaurant: Huisache Restaurant, Mamacitas, and Gruene Mansion Inn Restaurant.
