Spacious Sitting Room Our B and B is a wonderful hotel alternative when visiting Austin. A complimentary continental breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, hot pastries, juice and gourmet coffee is served daily. We are happy to work with you to arrange group dinners or recommend restaurants in the area for your dining pleasure.

Our bed and breakfast is located in Hyde Park, a National Register Historical District located two miles from downtown, and 1 mile from the University of Texas. Stroll down 43rd Street to Hancock Golf Course, Elizabeth Ney Art Museum, Hyde Park Grocery, Shipe Park and swimming pool, community theater, various shops and local restaurants.

Rates range from $100 - $135, single or double occupancy.

Caswell Room Comfortable King bed with LCD TV, Private bath with shower and jetted spa, Private access to large porch area. $130
San Gabriel Room Queen bed with private bath, cozy veranda, sitting area with flat screen TV, large desk/work area, separate sleeper sofa. $135
Littlefield Room Queen Bed with private bath featuring a clawfoot slipper tub. LCD TV and writing desk. $100
Bellevue Room King bed with private shower, flat screen TV and desk, private entrance leading to wraparound porch. $120

Guest Information
  • If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
  • In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
  • Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
  • A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
  • Check-in: 3 - 6 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
  • Check-out: 11 AM.
  • Absolutely No Smoking.
  • No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
  • Special situations allow for children, please call to make arrangements.
