Our Austin Bed and Breakfast is furnished with period antiques and comfortable modern accessories. Enjoy reading or relaxing in our various sitting areas including a large formal sitting room and spacious wrap around porches, perfect for cooling off with an afternoon lemonade or glass of wine. You may also enjoy a refreshing swim in our private pool or unwinding in our heated spa.

Our bed and breakfast is located in Hyde Park, a National Register Historical District located two miles from downtown, and 1 mile from the University of Texas. Stroll down 43rd Street to Hancock Golf Course, Elizabeth Ney Art Museum, Hyde Park Grocery, Shipe Park and swimming pool, community theater, various shops and local restaurants.

• If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
• In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
• Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
• A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
• Check-in: 4 - 6 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
• Check-out: 11 AM.
• Absolutely No Smoking.
• No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
