Getting married? Hidden Oaks is The Place for elegant boutique weddings. With its majestic live oaks it provides a graceful setting that feels far away from the noise and the city. Located 10 miles from downtown, Hidden Oaks offers quiet, spacious grounds with gardens and a majestic gazebo-style pavilion. Outdoor events for up to 250 guests or intimate meetings for up to 30 in the parlor. Our events coordinator will help you create a unique experience that will exceed your expectations.

Hidden Oaks Bed & Breakfast Frequently asked Questions
Do we have the option of having the function indoors as well as outdoors? We can host events 25 - 30 guests indoors, and up to 100 outdoors.
How many guests can we accommodate? Our facility can hold up to 50 guests, and 12 overnight guests.
Can I bring my own caterer? Yes, Hidden Oaks B&B allows outside catering, or we can recommend a caterer to you. We do require that all caterers be licensed and insured.
How do I reserve the date? To secure the date, a $500 deposit is required. 60 days thereafter an additional 20% of balance due 30 days before the event.
How many hours do we have? Usually our weddings are for four hours, but this depends on whether you choose to rent the facility or have us create a custom package for you.
Do you provide liquor? We do not have a liquor license, but you are welcome to provide your own, and we will provide a licensed bar tender for you. Or, we can provide you with a name of a full service liquor company who will custom design the bar menu for your event. When alcohol is served a security officer is necessary.
Do you require a damage deposit? A $200 separate deposit is required prior to the event when renting the facility. The deposit is for any damage, cleanup or any charges that may be incurred during your function. If no charges incur your deposit will be returned to you 24 hours after your event.
Are we responsible for clean up? When you rent the facility only, we are responsible for general housekeeping. You or your caterer will be responsible for clean up of all decorations, food and beverage. When we provide a package for you, Hidden Oaks B&B is responsible for all clean up other than decorations.
What is included in the rental? The outside garden area where your function will take place. Arrangements can be made to utilize the downstairs Parlor of the Bed and Breakfast if necessary. If all the rooms are not rented for the event, there may be guests staying with are who not part of your function. Tables and chairs, set-up and break down, and a Valet if necessary.
Are we able to use the kitchen? We do not have a commercial kitchen available. Generally, when the facility is rented, your caterer or restaurant will prepare the food in an off-site kitchen and it will be brought ready to serve. We can however provide a staging/light preparation station if needed.
Who decorates the bed and breakfast? Once you have rented the B&B, you may decorate it any way you'd like. We ask that you check with us if you need to nail or tape anything, as we may have alternative ways of attaching products. You are responsible for removing all decorations during clean-up time and discarding them in the appropriate receptacles. We ask that no birdseed, rice, glitter or confetti be used. There are many other alternatives, so please speak with our event coordinator.
