4 hours event time is included with 2 hours extra time before the wedding for photos, or the day before for rehearsal.
Extra hours may be available, at a charge of $500 per hour.
Mon - Thurs between the hours of 11:30 am to 11pm: $1500
Friday and Saturday, between the hours of 11:30am to 11pm: $3100
Sunday, between the hours of 11:30am to 8pm: $2800
Policies:
Absolute Maximum of 25 guests
Any dancing inside requires a rented dance floor.
Instrumentalists and DJs at reasonable volume are welcome.
Amplified music/bands may set up on the lawn or porch but not inside the house.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere, in the house or on the porches.
If you wish to serve alcohol, you must allow us to provide a bartending service.
Because we are primarily a Bed & Breakfast, it is imperative that the wedding begin and end on time so as not to disturb our other guests. The wedding must begin within 15 minutes of the agreed upon starting time. After the first 15 minutes, there is a $50 charge for every 15 minutes, or fraction thereof, that the wedding starts late.
