Introduction
The Granbury Gardens Bed and Breakfast, an historic craftsman-style home built in 1911, was recently renovated with your comfort and relaxation in mind. While close to the historic Granbury Downtown Square and beautiful Lake Granbury, the Granbury Gardens B&B is on a quiet residential street offering a peaceful night’s sleep. We are proud of the home and amenities, but we believe what you will find most appealing is the relaxation and personal attention you will receive.
Our historic bed and breakfast is within walking distance of the beautiful Granbury Square (featured in Southern Living Magazine, April 2006) which offers the Granbury Opera House, Granbury Live Theatre, restaurants, antiques and specialty shops galore. Only a short drive away, or catch the Granbury Trolley at our front steps, you will find five beautiful public golf courses, the old fashion Brazos Drive In Theatre, Granbury Riverboat Rides, The Promise Outdoor Pageant, Fossil Rim Wildlife Park, Bluff Dale Winery, and many other unique attractions. Completely renovated in 2006, Granbury Gardens Bed and Breakfast now has four guest rooms each with its own private bath. Each bed and breakfast guest room is warmly decorated with period antiques but offers modern amenities such as whirlpool baths with Crabtree & Evelyn personal items, ceiling fans, hairdryers, irons/ironing boards, and cable TV/DVD’s. Guests enjoy complimentary afternoon refreshments, beverages, and a full four-course gourmet breakfast each morning.
"Thank you for making our first visit to Granbury a huge success! The food was fabulous, the house is beautiful; however, hospitality was the key." Jana W., Greenville, TX.
After taking in the sites of the lovely main street, you may choose to while away the hours in our beautiful backyard garden lounging in the hot tub, listening to our waterfalls, or just enjoy a movie or book from our library in the privacy of your room. Whatever your choice, it is our hope that you will feel pampered and at home. If an evening of activity suits your fancy, we will be happy to make advanced reservations for you.
"The inn was wonderful and the room exceeded my expectations by far. My room had a huge but cozy antique bed and furniture with a spacious bathroom." Joseph P., Redding, CA
