This cozy cottage sleeps two adults in a heavenly king-size bed. It has a full bathroom, kitchenette, cable television, and wireless internet. This classic Fredericksburg cottage is a very private, romantic spot just across from the main house, and overlooking the courtyard. It has its own private adjacent parking area. Our most popular accommodation insulates your from the outside world in a cozy retreat. Relax in the courtyard after a busy day in comfortable seating areas. The Garden Suite consists of two rooms - one is a sitting room with kitchenette, and the other is a bedroom with a queen size bed, and bathroom with shower. Guests enter the sitting area where we have cable TV, wireless internet, and comfortable seating. The bedroom is at the far end of the sitting room and it overlooks and opens onto the courtyard. This was originally designed as a small separate apartment and it still retains its charm and intimacy. Open the screen doors and let the Hill Country breezes soothe you! $135 per night based on double occupancy. (Maximum of 2 guests)

This two bedroom apartment is an ideal getaway for up to 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, there is one bathroom with shower, a living area with cable TV, and a small kitchen. This suite was originally built with the house as a rental, and was rented for many years. It is quite large and very comfortable for groups of friends, or couples traveling together. It has a great view of the gardens and both bedrooms open onto an outer stairway that leads to the courtyard and gardens in back. Guests often comment that it's like being in a tree house surrounded by pecan trees and a magnificent magnolia tree. A great place to catch up with old friends! Sleeps up to 4 guests. Pricing is $175 for 2 guests, $200 for 3, and $225 for 4

• All rooms are non-smoking, but smoking is allowed outside, well away from the doors. There are seating areas and ashtrays outside.
• We allow children over 12 years old.
• We do not allow pets.
• Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to 7 days before your reservation, you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your reservation, you will be charged for one night, unless we can rebook the entire reservation. If so, we only charge the $20 processing fee.
• Assisted check-in between 2 and 6 PM. After that, we will make arrangements.
• Room Rates do not include a 13% hotel tax.
