This Inn is the only hotel accommodation located in the downtown historic district of Grapevine and the only bed and breakfast in Northeast Tarrant County.

Garden Manor Bed & Breakfast, recognized as having one of the best B&B locations in Texas, offers guests a quiet, relaxing oasis typically found only in rural areas. Yet the Inn is less than 7 miles from the Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport and just 18 miles to Dallas or Fort Worth. Guests enjoy walking a block to Grapevine's Historic Main Street Shopping District, with over 80 unique shops, restaurants, wine tasting rooms, art galleries, live entertainment, vintage train station, spas and more.

Décor of the Inn is best described as Country Chic, blending yesterday's charm with today's technology! The inn has 9' ceilings, antique doors, original wood-paned windows, extensive molding, ivory painted walls, beautiful dark brown hard wood floors (oak downstairs and wide plank pine upstairs), & sweeping verandas. Yet guests have the convenience of free wireless DSL connectivity, private bathrooms (some with whirlpool tubs), walk-in closets with mini-frig, and DIRECTV with HBO channels!
Garden Manor Bed and Breakfast, a smoke-free environment, provides several private areas for guests: a parlor, formal dining room, and 3 verandas with patio tables and seating. Amenities include nightly turndown service with chocolate truffles from Schakolad, early morning upstairs coffee service, full-course plantation breakfast, and complimentary bottled spring water and guest favorite soft drinks in room mini-frig.

  • Discounted room rates for single occupancy are extended during the work week for business and leisure travel.
  • American Express, MasterCard, or Visa credit card is required to book a reservation.
  • Our cancellation policy varies based on the length and type of reservation.
  • If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call at least 1 week prior to your arrival date for a one-night reservation to avoid the stay from being charged to your credit card on file.
  • More advanced notice is required to cancel a multiple-night reservation (one week notice for each night of the stay) to avoid the first night of the stay being charged to your card.
  • Please note that a holiday or Grapevine festival reservation, if cancelled, results in the stay being charged to your card.
  • Earliest check-in is 2 p.m. with check out by 11 a.m.
  • Guests, upon check-in, are responsible for payment of their confirmed length of stay reservation.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside or on the verandas and porches. The Inn does have a designated area for smoking in the Rose Garden.
  • No pets please!
  • Our guestrooms accommodate up to 2 people only, and we do not book stays with children under 10 unless you book all 4 guestrooms.
