  • Rates: Friday, Saturday and Sunday - $125, Monday-Thursday - $95.
  • All pricing based on double occupancy. $15 for each additional person.
  • A $100 damage deposit is required for those making reservations with cash or check.
  • Two-night minimum stay for weekends on Holidays and East Texas special events.
  • Senior Citizen Discount: 10%
  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover.
  • All rentals are to responsible adults. No loud parties or music permitted.
  • Guests with well-mannered and closely watched children are welcome.
  • All reservations made require full payment and/or a credit card number.
  • For a refund, cancellations must be made 10 days in advance.
  • Cancellation fee is $25.00.
  • Check-in: 3:00 - 7:00 pm.
  • Check-out: 11:00 am.
  • This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside any structure.
  • Sorry, pets are not allowed in any of our guest homes or on our property.
  • Special packages available on request: Dinner Package - $35; Dinner & Wine Package - $60; Picnic package - $30; Wine & cheese package - $45; Sweet tooth package - $25; Anniversary package - $60.
