Fall Farm is offered as an ADULT-ONLY facility.
Pets are not allowed at any unit.
Room rates are based on single/double occupancy, and are subject to state and local tax.
Supplemental charges will apply to additional guests.
A credit card deposit equal to one night's lodging per unit is required.
Reservations made within 10 days of arrival require payment in full at time of booking.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
Cancellation requires a 14-day notice for a full refund of deposit, less a $25 processing fee.
A 30-day cancellation notice is required for groups, less a $50 processing fee.
The guesthouse and cottage units require a 2-night minimum stay.
Group reservations require a two-night minimum stay on weekends.
Fall Farm is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, and ashtrays are provided for this purpose. A refurbishing penalty will be charged to guests who choose not to honor the "no smoking indoors" policy.
